Terms of Service

VPSORA provides managed hosting for Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas servers (and, later, other games) through a web dashboard. We handle provisioning, networking, backups, DDoS protection and most maintenance so you can focus on your community.

The Free plan includes one server with defined resources and an idle timer that pauses an empty server after 1 hour so we can keep the tier free. We reserve the right to adjust resource limits or the idle policy to protect the service, with reasonable notice posted on the changelog.

You may not use the platform to host illegal content, to attack other networks or users, to run spam or malware, to bypass our limits, or to infringe others' rights. Respect the network and other tenants: no resource abuse, mining on free tiers, or reselling capacity without a written agreement.

You are responsible for your account and for activity on your servers. Use a real identity provider (GitHub or Google) and keep your session secure. You must be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms on your behalf.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from the dashboard; the current billing period is not refunded pro-rata. If you notice an incorrect charge, contact support within 30 days.

You own the resources, scripts, worlds and community content you upload. You are responsible for moderating your community and for complying with the licenses of the content you deploy. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.

We retain no ownership of your content and use it only to provide the service to you.

We target 99.9% availability on paid plans but make no absolute guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the changelog. The platform is provided 'as is', and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSORA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You may delete your account and workspaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service or other users. When we terminate for abuse, we give you a reasonable window to export your data unless continued use presents a real risk.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on the changelog at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
